Each step empowers families to cultivate a positive sleep routine, ensuring that both baby and parents enjoy restful nights and energetic days. What’s included in this package:
- In-Depth Intake Questionnaire to help me understand your baby’s routine, temperament, challenges before we begin.
- Sleep Environment Evaluation
- 60-Minute Kickoff Consultation (Video Call): We’ll go over your intake form, explore your baby’s sleep history, and walk through your goals, challenges, and expectations together.
- Access to RESTED App: You’ll log sleep and communicate with me daily through the app - it’s where we’ll track your baby’s progress in real time.
- Personalised Sleep Plan for your baby based on your child’s needs, history, temperament, your parenting style and your goals.
- 2 Weeks of Daily Support: Daily voice and chat support via the RESTED app (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CET). You’ll have expert guidance, encouragement, and real-time adjustments as needed.
- Midpoint Sleep Touchpoint (20 Minutes): A check-in halfway through our plan to assess progress, make tweaks, and answer your evolving questions.

Setting You Up for Success Call (30 Minutes)
A final coaching call to review your baby’s progress and equip you with tools for handling future transitions - like teething, nap transitions, travel, or regressions. - 1 Month of Ongoing Email Support (2 Check-Ins): After our plan ends, I’ll reach out twice via email to check in, troubleshoot if needed, and keep you supported.
- Option to Add Follow up Calls
We’ll work together to:
- Reduce frequent night wakings by teaching your baby how to resettle calmly — because even adults wake briefly during the night, the key is knowing how to fall back asleep.
- Use a range of gentle, responsive techniques tailored to your baby’s temperament and your family’s needs — never “cry it out.”
- Replace the need for constant feeding, rocking, or pacifier use at bedtime with independent sleep skills.
- Help your baby fall asleep more easily and peacefully, without long struggles.
- Create a consistent, predictable routine that makes bedtime and naps smoother.
- Encourage longer, more restorative naps.
- Gradually reduce or wean night feeds when your baby is developmentally ready.
