Shipping Conditions MyEveryday

As your satisfaction as a customer is important to us, we offer free shipping within Switzerland.

We source our goods from around the world to offer you the best possible price.

MyEveryday strives to maintain the best possible and shortest delivery times. However, any delivery times specified in the order confirmation are non-binding. MyEveryday is entitled to partial deliveries.

The invoice will be sent, if delivery against invoice is offered, at MyEveryday's discretion via email.

If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, MyEveryday may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period, as well as charge the customer for any related costs. The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which MyEveryday provides a warranty promptly in writing, either by letter or email, to the address in the Impressum (>Link).

Returns to MyEveryday are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and along with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address provided by MyEveryday in the Impressum (>Link).

If, upon inspection by MyEveryday, it is found that the goods do not have any discernible defects or that these do not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, MyEveryday may charge the customer for the associated costs of the return or any necessary disposal.
