We’ll discuss your toddler’s current sleep struggles, outline your goals, and explore strategies that fit your parenting style. -
Access to RESTED App
You’ll log sleep patterns and communicate directly with me through the app for easy daily support. - Personalized Toddler Sleep Plan based on your child’s needs, history, family’s values temperament, boundaries, and your parenting style.
- 2 Weeks of Daily Support: Daily voice and chat support via the RESTED app (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CET). You’ll have expert guidance, encouragement, and real-time adjustments as needed.
- Midpoint Sleep Touchpoint (20 Minutes): A check-in halfway through our plan to assess progress, make tweaks, and answer your evolving questions.

Setting You Up for Success Call (30 Minutes)
A final coaching call to review your baby’s progress and equip you with tools for handling future transitions — like teething, nap transitions, travel, or regressions. -
2 Follow-Up Email Check-Ins (Within 1 Month Post-Plan)
I’ll reach out twice after your plan ends to answer questions, celebrate progress, and ensure things stay on track. - Option to Add Follow up Calls
We’ll work together to:
- Reduce frequent night wakings by teaching your baby how to resettle calmly — because even adults wake briefly during the night, the key is knowing how to fall back asleep.
- Use a range of gentle, responsive techniques tailored to your baby’s temperament and your family’s needs — never “cry it out.”
- Replace the need for constant feeding, rocking, or pacifier use at bedtime with independent sleep skills.
- Help your baby fall asleep more easily and peacefully, without long struggles.
- Create a consistent, predictable routine that makes bedtime and naps smoother.
- Encourage longer, more restorative naps.
- Gradually reduce or wean night feeds when your baby is developmentally ready.
